I am fulfilling my dream of becoming a primary school teacher and have just finished my second year of a BA degree in Primary Education at Durham University, after qualifying as a nurse some 20 years ago! I am loving the course, and particularly the practical side to it, and am proud to say that at the moment my grades are heading towards a first class honours. I also have observation reports which I can show prospective clients to substantiate my "outstanding" teaching in the classroom. My student status offers the assurance that I can offer both the latest teaching methods and an up-to-date knowledge base. I am married with 2 children of my own aged 9 and 4.
